Nam Long's Integrated Township Strategy Garners Top National Real Estate Awards

Nam Long Group's strategy of developing large-scale integrated townships has gained national recognition, with key projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Tay Ninh winning accolades at the Vietnam National Real Estate Awards. The awards underscore the developer's focus on meeting real housing demand through comprehensive living environments.
The developer is one of Vietnam's early proponents of the integrated township model, a strategy that aligns with pressing national trends. According to the Ministry of Construction, Vietnam's urbanization rate has surpassed 40%, placing significant pressure on urban infrastructure and increasing demand for green spaces and community facilities in major cities. Concurrently, rising household incomes and evolving lifestyles are shifting homebuyer preferences toward properties that offer superior living environments, extensive amenities, and strong connectivity. Recent market analyses from firms including Savills, CBRE, and Batdongsan.com have confirmed a growing consumer interest in mixed-use developments that combine residential, commercial, and public facilities.
Le Phuoc Thanh, Project Development Director at Nam Long, said the group's projects are planned as integrated townships that incorporate housing, green spaces, educational facilities, healthcare services and community amenities.
The 355-hectare Waterpoint project in Tay Ninh, situated along the Vam Co Dong River, exemplifies this approach. The developer has allocated approximately 95 hectares to parks and open green spaces. On-site facilities include a bilingual boarding school, a supermarket, a medical clinic, and various sports facilities, all connected by an internal transportation network and pedestrian and cycling paths. Waterpoint was named one of the "Top 10 Most Livable Township Projects in Vietnam."
In southern Ho Chi Minh City, the 26-hectare Mizuki Park development is now home to over 4,000 households. The project dedicates more than 10.3 hectares to landscaped parks, waterways, and green areas, complemented by schools and retail facilities. Mizuki Park was listed among the "Top 10 Most Exemplary Sustainable Development Projects in Vietnam."
Meanwhile, the 170-hectare Izumi City project is under development in Dong Nai Province. It is planned as an integrated township with residential, commercial, educational, and public-use components. The project is positioned to benefit from improving regional infrastructure, including enhanced connectivity to Ho Chi Minh City and the new Long Thanh International Airport. It was recognized as one of the "Top 10 Most Promising Commercial Housing Projects in Vietnam."
The awards were presented at the second Vietnam National Real Estate Awards, an event organized by the Vietnam National Real Estate Association. According to Nam Long, its projects share a planning philosophy centered on long-term residential use, community building, and environmental considerations. Thanh added that the group actively organizes community events to foster interaction among residents.
According to Thanh, the three projects reflect the group's broader development strategy of combining residential spaces with community amenities and green planning principles. Looking ahead, Nam Long said it plans to continue developing integrated modern townships while expanding sustainability initiatives and strengthening cooperation with domestic and international partners.
